1. How to shop
When shopping on filucavfashion.local you automatically receive an order confirmation at check-out. We suggest that you save this.
Filucavfashion.com reserves the right to cancel your order due to misprint, technical problems, delivery failures and other unforeseen situations.
All prices on Filucavfashion.com are listed in DKK (Danish currency) 25 % VAT is included in the price listed.
3. Terms of payment
We accept Visa/Dankort and a number of other credit cards. When paying, a debit card fee is added to your total, this will show on your order before you approve it.
When purchasing items on Filucavfashion.com you must agree to our terms and conditions. We recommend you read our terms and pay attention to the obligations and rights these terms provides you.
5. Changing you order
If you wish to modify or change your purchase after ordering, please send an email to email@example.com. We are happy to help you modify your order, but only as long as the items has not been shipped. If the goods have already been shipped you have 14 days to let FilucaVfashion know you wish to cancel your order, and from that day you have 14 days to arrange the return of the goods to the store.
6. Guarantees, passing of risk & complaints
Unless otherwise stated we provide a 24 months warranty on all products. The warranty gives you the right to complain about a defect that turns out or shows up to 24 months after you received the goods. We provide no warranty if the defect was caused by the buyer, for example due to improper or unauthorized repair or use. It is also a condition that the defect was present when you originally received the item. You must claim within a reasonable time after you have discovered the defect. A claim submitted within 2 months is always considered to be timely.
When wishing to complain about a product, please write an email to firstname.lastname@example.org. Once we receive your complaint, we will send you an email with your return order number and the returning address. Please write the returning number on the freight containers, as it makes the processing time faster. You may request that we remedy the defect or deliver a new non-defect item if the conditions of exchange are present. This requires that the complaint is justified and that removal or replacement does not entail disproportionate cost to us. It may happen that the repairer notes that there are no defects or bugs in the product. In such cases, you will be billed for fruitless service. Once we are made aware of your complaint, we will contact you by email to agree on further course.
Online trading in DK is subject to the Door Sales Act. This means that the consumer has 14 days to notify the seller about cancellation of the purchase and from that day the consumer has 14 days to return the order. In other words it is not enough just to return the goods - the consumer needs to notify the seller by e-mail. If the 14 day falls within a Bank Holiday, a Saturday, Constitution Day, the 24 or 31 of December, the last return day then expires on the following Bank day. You’ll find the return address at the bottom of every page in the web shop. If you return the goods you must admit a copy of your invoice to the package. Refund is done the same way the payment was made. Please be aware of the fact that the responsibility of returning the goods belongs to the buyer, that means that if the goods is lost during transportation, the seller can not be held responsible for it and in that case the buyer looses the right to cancel the purchase.
You can only take full advantage of your refund rights, if the item is returned in the same condition in which you received it. The value of the product should not be diminished. If the item is damaged or deteriorated and that this is due to lack of or poor packing or use, you may not loose your right to return the item, but you will be asked to cover the costs due to the lower value of the item. This is assessed by FilucaVfashion. This also applies if the original packaging has been lost. Upon returning, the item should be returned in its sales packaging and securely packed in the proper shipping packaging. You may not write or attach stickers directly on the manufacturer’s sales packaging. This can only be done on the shipping carton. Once we have received the product and verified that it meets the conditions under which the right of withdrawal may be used, we will send you the money. You will be refunded the full amount paid incl. shipping, but the cost of the return is on you. You must expect that this may take up to 14 days.
If we find that the conditions for the return are not met, we’ll contact you by email with our justification.

9. Shipping & Delivery
Filucavfashion.com ships orders on all weekdays. Ordered items will be sent when all items are in stock and ready for shipping. With reservations to external factors that are beyond Filucavfashion.com’s influence, we estimate the normal delivery time to be 1-3 working days, with reservations to external factors that are beyond Filucavfashion.com’s influence. You will be contacted either by phone or email if this accrues. Shipping is 50 DKK in Denmark. Fixed price for shipping outside Denmark will appear through the check-out flow, when you finish your order. You will always be informed of the shipping cost, before you confirm your order. On orders over 2.000 DKK, your shipping is free of charge to all areas of Denmark.
10. Receiving of Goods
When you receive your goods, be sure to check for any visible damage. If the packaging is damaged or shows signs of other visible signs of defect, you must sign the consignment note - subject to any damage to the contents. You may also refuse to accept the goods. As a rule, you should never sign for a product that you believe doesn’t meet the promised standard. Contact Filucavfashion.com and state that you have rejected the goods. If the packaging is intact, but you find the item damaged or broken after unpacking, please report to Filucavfashion.com immediately.
11. Shipping/delivery cost
Shipping prices are included transport insurance. Listed prices include shipping in Denmark.
12. Transport damages
Goods damaged during transport must be notified within 4 working days.
